Has The Housing Market Hit Bottom?
Existing Home Sales in December hit 25 year Low. The Median home price dropped for the entire year, this is the first time this has happed in 40 years. Most people I talk to fall for the doom and gloom that stats like this cause. It's easy to see the bad in all this and I don't blame anyone that does.
I think it's great news. Last year is over and if trends continue down it can't last for long. I think prices are right were they should be and mortgage rates are at a 4 year low. We have to be at or very close to the bottom.
Now is the time to start buying
